Every 1st Sunday of the month at 3:00 p.m.
Cost: € 5 for adults and € 2.50 for school pupils and students, including admission.
Children up to 10 years of age can attend free of charge when accompanied by an adult. No registration required.
All open tours are led by museum volunteers.
We would be happy to arrange a museum guide for your individual group tour. This is possible on any day of the week. admission. Tours can be extended as needed, with each additional half hour costing € 20.00.
Guided tour by a Roman mercenary
Since 2020, you can book a museum tour guided by an authentic Roman mercenary. In addition to fascinating facts and little anecdotes, these tours are very much characterized by the Roman guard soldier’s lively narration. He gives deep insights into the life and the daily routine at the Roman fort Haus Bürgel. A guided tour lasting about an hour costs € 50.00 per group (maximum 25 people) plus admission.
